1515 Tidewater Beach Resort

The property was amazing. It was clean and the view was just gorgeous! I stayed in room 1515 and Dale and Dean were two good people. Whenever you need something or help they were there to solve any kind of issue. The unit smelt good and was very very clean. Stay was Kelloggs GREAT! 4/11-15.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB @ this property...the condo was decorated very “beachy,” the furniture was nice, the view was fabulous, & they were very accommodating when we needed to change the date we were coming in. We would have appreciated a couple extra rolls of toilet paper, more than one dishwasher tab, & a cookie sheet/pizza pan, otherwise it was a great place & we had a great time, we would definitely go back!!!

Everything was great. The beach front view is my favorite. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just enjoying the ocean view and the beach. This time of year is a great time to come here because it’s not overly crowded and everything just runs so smoothly. The rooms were very clean and bed was so comfortable. We are looking forward to coming back to 1515.

From start to finish, Dale was a absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond to text or email questions and provided everything needed.
Only downside with this unit was the high end refrigerator was hard to access and not having a screen on the sliders. Evelators at time we’re shut down to one or two working and preventing getting to dinner reservations on time.

Overall amazing views, decorations, customer service and will recommend and be back.

This is our 3rd stay in this property at Tidewater. It is like being at home.....comfortable! We enjoy working with Sugar Sands because they are very friendly and helpful and we feel more like family than clients. The rooms are well kept up and there have been some updates of appliances, which is always appreciated. The condo is clean and the view is wonderful.

I love tidewater, 1515! Dale is always available and the condo is wonderful. We plan on staying again in 2023, for the third time! See you then!!

The Condo we stayed in was nice and clean. However, they don't have enough elevators to support the 30 floors of people that are staying there. So, you will wait a while for a elevator. The parking garage is often crowded and can be a challenge to get out of. The staff is not that friendly. I would not recommend this location if you have a family and want to keep them away from the party crowd. This location is full of partyers. I will never stay at this place again.

This is our second stay in this unit. We thoroughly enjoy our stay each time. Dale has been very accommodating whenever there has been a problem and those were few. The unit is like coming into someone's home and is very welcoming. The unit was clean and all appliances worked. We like that the unit has a queen bed rather than a king. We have booked again for next year!

The condo was beautiful, I've stayed at several condos over the years, yours was my favorite. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I intend to stay next September!

The view was great but waiting for the elevator was horrible for the money you are paying for this resort it's no excuse for the unfriendless of the staff and the long elevators!

I have been coming to PCB with my family for the past 4 years. We have always stayed at the Tidewater. With each year we come we end up in a different condo from previous years . I will say with dealing with many different agency who handle the volume of clients daily the Amazing customer service I received from Sugar Sands was by far the best I have had. The condo was just as pictured and the bed in the master was very comfortable. Bunk were perfect for our Twin boys and. I hope this unit is available when we come next year.

The first few days the elevator was so slow that I considered leaving. The wait at times was over 30 minutes!! The last 4 days they seemed to be fine. Condo was very clean and updated.

We had such a wonderful time here. The view was beautiful, getting to and from the beach was so easy, the included umbrellas kept our kids comfortable on the beach for hours, and the bed was even more comfortable than our bed at home.

This was one of our best vacations ever, minus the weather but you can’t control that! At least we had two sunny days. You get exactly what the pictures show with this unit. It is well equipped with everything you need. This unit was in immaculate condition too. The owner responded to all of our questions in a very timely manner and was very professional. He was very easy to work with from the time we reserved this property until we checked out! We can’t thank you enough for helping us make this an unforgettable trip. The memories made will last a lifetime.

We were very pleased with our stay! The condo was nice with perfect decor, great bed and linens and clean!! Renting from Dean and Dale was the best!! They were so nice and helpful. We happened to be there when Hurricane Sally came through and they even offered us any extra night so not only could we enjoy a day on the beach but they were concerned about our safety heading home. We will definitely rent again and highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo but will not recommend staying here again until they get the elevator problem fixed. This seemed to be the issue with everyone. You would wait for 20 min or longer

The condo was better than advertised. Clean, fresh, well appointed, great view. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Condo is in great condition! This unit had lush furniture, comfy queen bed with luxury linens, plenty of room for kiddos in the bunk room and a large living area! We did have long wait times for elevators on Saturday and Sunday due to prime time check in days but this issue was much better on weekdays. Overall vacation was 5 stars! This is our second time renting from Dale and Dean for our beach rentals and we have really enjoyed working with them and will continue to do so! I cannot recommend their properties enough!

We have stayed in this condo 3 different times and love it.
The management is so wonderful. Dale always came the same day when we needed him for some minor issues. The condo is always clean. The location couldn't be better. We have recommended to our friends and they love it just as much.

This unit was very nice and extremely clean. Loved the units dcor. Would recommend this unit to many others and will be staying there again. Just wish that Sugar Sands had more units at Tidewater Beach Resort 2 and/or 3 bedrooms.

Condo 1515 was excellent. Nice view from the balcony, clean and perfect size for 3 to stay for the week. Decorated very well and did not have any issues. If you are looking for a quiet place or with minimal guests this isn’t the place but it never seemed over crowded.

Early May is best time of year to visit. Not too hot, warm water. Watched skates and turtles from balcony. Rooms very clean, view spectacular from 15th floor.

The weather wasn't what we would have liked during our stay, but it's winter in Florida too, isn't it? We thoroughly enjoyed this condo apartment. We loved the bedroom on the ocean side and spent a lot of time out on the large deck. We had a couple of small issues with the condo that were promptly taken care of by the property managers. This unit was much cleaner than previous condos that we have rented. My wife does a quick inspection of each condo to see if it comes up to her standards, and this one did. If available, we would gladly rent this unit again.

We loved our stay at Tidewater 1515 and we will definitely stay here again. The property was very clean and supplied with everything that we needed. It was such a surprise for me for there to be a starter coffee and all the condiments for coffee provided for us. And there was also washer detergent for us. Property managers provided excellent service.

We loved our stay in this unit. We stayed in the same Unit in 2017, and liked it so much, we didn't look for anywhere else to stay at this year. This unit has a double balcony, with one being off the living room, and the other off the master bedroom, with both of them being ocean front. The bed was very comfortable, probably the best bed we have ever slept in, while on vacation. All appliances and furniture were state of the art and well taken care of. Probably the only thing we would change about this unit, is the quality of cooking ware. The skillets weren't very practical for our use. But with all things considered, that shouldn't discourage anyone from staying here. Dale and Dean were very nice to book through, and made everything so easy and relaxing for us. The complimentary beach service is also a plus. Great place to stay, and we will definitely be back soon.

Our unit was super. Everything was just as described. The unit was very clean and well decorated. There was easy beach access as well as access to the outdoor pool, which was great. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Everyone with SugarSands was great and in contact with us daily to see if we had any needs. The only thing somewhat negative was with the Tidewater Staff. The lady checking us in was not very helpful and rude. Once I called SugarSands everything was great. I will absolutely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well furnished. The complex itself leaves something to be desired. It's generic and a little rundown. The elevators on big weekends runs incredibly slow and the staff is beaten down but the condo itself was excellent.

The condo was emmaculate! Plenty of room and had everything we needed . The elevator were very slow but that is related to the resort. Location is top notch . We utilized the restaurant on site several times . Also the beach chairs that were included saved at least thirty bucks but make sure you go down early to reserve. We go to PCB every summer this will be our go to spot.

We had a great time staying in this condo and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend! Beautiful view, furnished nicely, very clean and plenty of room for my family of 4. Master bed and bunk beds are very comfortable. Beach chairs are nice, first come first serve, my son and I would grab a Starbucks and wait to reserve the chairs every morning. My only complaint is slow elevators but we were made aware of this problem so we weren’t surprised. Dean is very friendly and easy to work with. Great stay!!!

The condo was impecable, brand new towels and everything we need to make the place home for couple of days. We extended our stay one more day to enjoy the weather and Dean and Dale made the process extremely easy. We walked to our favorite dinner spot (Dusty’s) and to Pier Park every evening. We will definitely come back.

We spent a week at this property in November and had a wonderful time! This is the third time we have vacationed at the Tidewater and 1515 is the loveliest condo that we have booked thus far. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It is the perfect size for a family of four. Our kids loved the private bunk bed area. The condo is clean, professionally decorated, has newer, comfortable furnishings and has been freshly painted. The view is breathtaking! We were fortunate to have perfect weather and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for hours. In addition to swimming and relaxing on the beautiful beach, we also enjoyed shopping in Pier Park, and spending time in Rosemary Beach during our visit where there were so many cute shops and cafes, and lots of free family-friendly activities planned during the daytime. The Tidewater has a fun movie theater and we had a great time watching the scheduled movies. Can't wait to return!

The unit was exceptionally clean and there were some wonderful personal touches upon arrival. It was in close proximity to Pier Park. Our only complaint was the quality of the mattresses in the bunk room. They could use an upgrade.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at our condo. The minute we set foot we felt like we where home, the entire place was clean and as described. We had access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. We had no problem what so ever with the building management. We choose the perfect time for our vacation the place nor the elevator where congested at all. Thank you Dale for following up with me and making sure where happy during our vacation.

We were very happy with our stay. The property was very clean, and the location was great. Dean was awesome the day we arrived & made us feel welcome. We will be returning again next year!

The property was clean, well-appointed and furnished with everything necessary for our stay. The apartment was lacking in some minor areas. There is no pantry, and storage for food and other things was lacking. The inclusion of coffee and sugar/creamer was a welcome addition.

Loved the unit, very nicely furnished. Property has great amenities. My only complaint is the registration process. You can check in at 4:00, however the check in desk closes at 4:30 so you have to find security to get a temporary pass then go back to check in the next day. Very frustrating.

The place was nice and clean. It looked just like the pictures showed. Dale was great to work with. I would stay in this unit again. The location is nice because its close to Pier Park, Walmart and restaurants.

My husband and I stayed over the labor day weekend. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Queen size bed was comfortable and the bedding was high quality. It was convenient to have two full size bathroom. The bunks are situated off in a hall which is a great location. We did not use them but if you did they are not right on top of the bedroom or living area. We loved that you have a gulf view from both the bedroom and living room. We would definitely stay here again. Tide Water was a great resort also. We liked it had a restaurant/ bar on site.

The property manager was very nice and helpful through the whole stay. This is my 3rd summer staying at Tidewater and I love it.

Fist if all Dale and Dean the management for this property were really really helpful and also really nice people, From the second that we sent them an email to book their property until the day that we left. The property where we stay was really clean and huge, but the best part was the view, my kids, wife and my self enjoyed every second that we were there, it felt like home. Overall I would recommend this property to any of my friends!!! Thanks Dale and Dean for making this one of the best family vacation, we will be back next year!!!
